Ambarella for Lunch

I’m not morbid…

I’m just fascinated by dead things. It’s more about biology… I like figuring out how the animal might have died, studying its anatomy and being in wonder of the circle of life.

Really.

Going by my observations, I’d say it’s a wood pigeon chick. Seemed to have fallen out its nest and killed on impact.

Peek-a-boo

The star tortoise that mysteriously appeared in my garden. Took a lot of patients to get this shot. She’s gets very nervous around people and ducks into her shell in a split second. I had to lower myself very very slowly and stay as still as possible, despite being bitten by mosquitoes, till she peeked out of her shell.
